BAKING CLASSES

Learn a selection of professional cake decorating techniques with Elizabeth during a day or two (depends on the course) masterclasses. 

You’ll learn how tobake, level, fill, crumb-coat and decorate a cake from start to finish, including buttercream and ganache techniques such as how to achieve smooth straight edges on your cake, cake piping techniques, drips and more. Every student is given artistic licence to make your cake unique to you.

This class is suitable for those with some previous experience in baking and cake decorating - beginners and intermediates are all welcome. To attend this class you must be 16 years and over.
